The problem

A developer planned a real-estate project across several properties, including land originally reserved as a pedestrian path within the public domain. The unused access had to be refurbished and expanded at a different location so the community could continue to benefit from it.

The solution

The team documented and assembled the requirements for relocating public-domain areas in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.

The result

A single titling file was submitted, enabling the path to be relocated, the development land to be consolidated and individual property titles to be issued for the resulting units.
